The space-time metric chosen by the author, has allowed to explain the nature of Quasars, bright radiation sources, a dark substance, black holes and to calculate spectrums of these objects both their geometrical and physical properties. For the first time the processes happening beyond the horizon of events are analyzed. Besides, connection of accelerated expansion of the Universe is established with activity of Quasars. The most interesting is conclusion that in a neighborhood of Quasars there is an energy and substance manufacture process. This deduction is well explained and justified in the consent with the Noethers theorem. Substance manufacture deepens a Universe potential that leads to a metric modification. Therefore, Universe expansion is not driving, but is a consequence of a metric modification. Book virtue is that theory deductions are based on the received postulates, are confirmed by known experiments, and introduction of additional hypotheses do not demand.
